Jonathan Glennie is currently a policy officer working on debt, aid and other forms of development finance (i.e. how poor countries make money… or don’t). He has worked in roughly a billion other NGOs but likes Christian Aid the best. He started his career working with kids at home and abroad and often wonders whether he is suited to a desk job. He believes that his soul is Latin and that he was born in England by mistake. This is Johnny's (unofficial) story of a three month secondment to the 'Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean'.
